AV7 wedding's will provide the services checked above on the dates specified. For Photography your pictures will be available for review online in (4) four to (6) six weeks from date of wedding. For Videography a "for review proof" copy of the DVD will be delivered within (4) four weeks of the wedding. There is a (2) two week review period so you can request changes to the DVD. Once reviewed, final product will be delivered within (2) weeks of approval.
A 50% deposit of the total cost from the package's and extra's checked above is required to hold the date for your wedding. (Extras can be added at any time before the wedding) A "First come first served" policy is in place. If there is an issue regarding the date you request AV7 Weddings will contact you immediately regarding your requested date.
Final payment is required (1) one week prior to the event. Our cancelation policy is as follows. - 12 months or more before your wedding there will be a 100% refund of your deposit - 6 to 11 months before your wedding there will be a 50% refund of your deposit - 3 to 6 months before your wedding there will be a 25% refund of your deposit - 0 to 3 months before there will be no refund or your deposit.
